Grand Rounds at Swedish Medical Center, Seattle, WA. The audio/visual quality isn't great, sorry.

A speech I gave to a luncheon at the Yale Club Of Oregon/Southwest Washington. It's about 35 minutes plus 25 minutes of Q&A afterwards to illustrate the discussion sparked by the talk.

Given at my 25th Yale College Reunion, this speech is a part of a panel of speeches whose theme was "We are pivoting".

My experience as a surgeon who left clinical practice because of mental illness makes me an ideal speaker about burnout and mental health, both for the medical profession and for society in general.
